U.S. Air Force Col. Derek Salmi, 60th Air Mobility Wing commander, welcomes back Airmen assigned to the 60th Air Mobility Wing from Mobility Guardian 2023 at Travis Air Force Base, California, July 21, 2023. The exercise focused on agile combat employment and the ability to project overwhelming airpower and superiority in a short timeframe, allowing Airmen from across Air Mobility Command to enhance readiness alongside six allies and partners through testing agile combat employment, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief capabilities in contested, degraded and operationally limited environments spanning over 3,000 miles.
